BOOKING APPOINTMENTS Posted by elis Sunday, 2008-June-01 Many clients are concerned about disturbing me when they call. Let me reassure you that I am never disturbed. I turn my phone off and let it go to voice mail if I do not wish to answer it. Cell phones can be a saving grace or a demise depending on how they are treated. It works out well that my assistant and I can personally take care of my clients. There is no need for misunderstandings at the front desk and if last minute changes need to be made, it is easy. If it is my day off, lunch break or I am busy, I will let the phone go to voice mail. As soon as possible, my client will receive a call back. Anytime of the day or night my phone is accessible. Just leave a message. I apologize for the occasional disconnection or breaking up in conversation. I know this is annoying. While having a cell phone is great it is not perfect.
